All bedrooms have a bed, a desk, a book shelf and a clothing cabinet. The kitchen has all major appliances: fridge/freezer, microwave/oven and washing machine. The house is very light due to the big windows on all sides of the apartment. The view from the eleventh floor is stunning! The rent price includes all advance payments for utilities and fees. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
